Housing Authority Takes Ownership

The Housing Authority has taken ownership of its 12 acre site at North Housing. Installation of fencing to secure the site is anticipated to begin Wednesday, June 26th. Security and maintenance concerns may be reported to the Housing Authority maintenance line: (510) 747-4317 or maintenance@alamedahsg.org. The Housing Authority responds to emergency health and safety issues first, and then addresses work orders in the order in which they are received.
